Visits are based on an hour’s duration, although you can book additional time. We will always stay for a full hour.

All Charges include VAT at 20%.

During 2024, each standard hour is £25.

An Urgent hour (within 4 hours) is £49.

Any non-urgent hour booked between the hours of 8 pm and 8 am is charged at £40.

All visits are payable in advance and non-refundable except due to a fault of Myfolks.

Visits on bank holidays are charged at double time.

Visits outside of 8am to 8pm and Bank Holidays carry a premium.

If 10 of the same type of visits are booked together in advance, a discount of 10% applies.
